Warm and collaborative
We work together, with respect for your autonomy, pace, and priorities.
A warm, collaborative relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy.

Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when life feels overwhelming. You might be carrying unseen pain, confusion, or exhaustion. Perhaps you feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next step. No matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to go through it alone.
I believe everyone possesses a deep inner strength, even when hardship makes it hard to notice. My role is to help you rediscover that strength in a safe, understanding, and respectful space. Healing begins when you feel seen, and that is the environment I aim to create.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary, authorized to conduct psychosocial assessments in Alberta and Ontario.

For over 18 years, I have supported individuals, couples, families, youth, service members, and veterans facing depression, anxiety, addictions, mental health concerns, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship problems, domestic violence, family conflicts, life changes, and moments of intense emotional pain.
I am committed to culturally sensitive practice and honoring each person's lived experience.

Established therapeutic approaches are adapted to your needs, not applied as a one-size-fits-all formula.
Your culture, identity, family context, and lived experience are welcomed into the work.

“Healing is not about perfection; it is about reconnecting with yourself. With compassion, guidance, and the right support, change becomes possible, hope becomes possible, and a more fulfilling life becomes possible.”
